Richelle implements a variation of therapeutic concepts, with an emphasis on Cognitive-Behavioral and Psychodynamic therapy. She believes in uplifting people and helping them understand that are more than a label, more than a condition. They are worthy and possess their own individual and unique beauty.
Richelle’s approach involves creating a safe, accepting, non-judgmental space for the client and foster a strong therapeutic alliance that reinforces healthy thoughts and behaviors. She is an advocate for the LGBTQ+ community and passionate about building a safe space for that community to help overcome challenges and build confidence in living their best possible life.
Richelle is quite the character! She is very much an individual and walks to beat of her own drum. You can’t help but to laugh at her dry and very amusing humor. She finds driving very therapeutic and believes it’s a great way to help to clear her mind. One of her favorite shows to watch is Bob’s Burgers.
