Evans Counseling and Consulting is committed to providing you the best possible experience. Payment is due and processed the morning of the appointment. Accepted methods of payment include debit card and credit card. Please note a\u00a0 credit card is required to be on file.<\/span> If payment is not obtained or is declined, staff will make an attempt to contact you and collect payment before your appointment.\u00a0If payment still cannot be collected or contact is unsuccessful, the appointment will be canceled and a fee will be assessed.<\/p>

After 3 occurrences of a declined payment during your course of treatment in a year, an inconvenience fee of $20 will be added to your account for each incident or pre-payment may be required at the time of\u00a0 scheduling.<\/p>

Fees for administrative services will be billed, if requested, at half of the individual therapeutic rate for a minimum of 60 minutes. This includes, but is not limited to treatment summary requests, professional letters, work forms, and phone\/conference calls.<\/p>

Evans Counseling & Consulting does accept insurance, however, not every service can be paid by insurance (Couples\/Marriage Counseling and Immigration Evaluations are self-pay only)<\/strong>.\u00a0We accept the following insurances:<\/p>
