appointment will be canceled. This will allow us time to verify your insurance benefits and update you on your financial responsibility, if any. Credit card information is required to secure your appointment date and time, however, you will not be charged until the morning of your scheduled appointment.\u00a0<\/p><p><b>For couples:<\/b> Please note that the new couples intake paperwork must be <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">completed by <i>both parties 3 days before your booked appointment<\/i><\/span> or the appointment will be canceled. Credit card information is required to secure your appointment date and time and will be charged a $25 booking fee that will go towards the overall couples counseling fee.
