INTAKE PROTOCOL
AND PROCEDURE

Learn more about our intake protocol and procedures to better understand the process and be better prepared.

To schedule an appointment, please call (803) 567-0064. If we are unavailable, please leave a message and your call will be returned within 24 business hours, if not sooner.

Our intake specialist will gather general information about you and schedule your initial appointment. After your appointment has been secured, you will receive an email with a link directing you to complete the intake packet online. You must enter the password provided in the email to proceed. The intake paperwork must be completed the day before your appointment or your appointment may be canceled.

An automated text reminder will be sent by our system reminding you of your scheduled appointment 24 hours in advance. Your first session is the initial evaluation and will approximately last 50-60 minutes. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow for any additional paperwork to be completed or any check-in process. If your appointment is virtual, the link will also be included in the text reminder so please do not delete the reminder when you receive it.
